1. 市原市粗大ごみ受付センター（0436-36-1191）に電話またはWebで申し込む
2. 処理手数料1,230円分の納付券（シール）をコンビニ等で購入する
3. 防犯登録を解除しておく（最寄りの交番または自転車店で手続き）
4. 納付券を貼り、収集日の朝8時までに玄関先へ出す
