  4. 4 Outside the Nushima district, curbside pickup (by reservation; Wednesdays, Fridays and the 2nd Sunday of each month) is also available: apply to the Environment Division (TEL 43-5214) at least one week before the desired date (320 yen per 10 kg, paid later with the payment slip mailed to you)
