- Since April 2026, plastic has been collected separately throughout Adachi City; styrofoam containers and cushioning materials now go out on the plastic collection day (once a week)
- Items that cannot be cleaned go to Burnable Garbage
- Microbead cushions (filled with styrofoam beads) cannot go out as Plastic. Depending on size, put them out as Burnable Garbage or Oversized Items, in a bag and without opening them
