Disposal Steps

1. Because it is covered by the Home Appliance Recycling Law, the city neither collects nor processes it
2. When replacing it, have the store where you buy the new one take it back, or have the store where you bought it take it back (a recycling fee and a fee paid to the store are required)
3. To take it yourself, buy a home appliance recycling ticket at a post office, fill it in and attach it, and take it to the designated collection site (Nippon Express Tachikawa designated collection site, 042-524-3217)
4. Ask a collection and transport company (a recycling fee and a collection and transport fee are required)
