- 令和8年（2026年）4月から専用区分「リチウムイオン電池」として2週に1回収集しています（それ以前は危険ごみで4週に1回でした）。
- 必ず＋極・－極をテープなどで絶縁してから出してください。モバイルバッテリーは端子の差し込み口や金属部分をビニールテープなどで絶縁します。
- カゴなどの容器に入れるか、45リットル以内の透明・半透明の袋に入れて出してください。
- 燃やさないごみに絶対に混ぜないでください（令和6年12月に市内で収集車火災が発生し、処理施設の発煙・発火も増加しています）。
- リサイクル協力店（一般社団法人JBRCのリサイクルボックス）に持ち込むことも可能です。ただし膨張した電池は協力店に持ち込めません。
- 膨らんだリチウムイオン電池は市役所おもや3階 資源循環推進課窓口（14番・平日開庁日のみ）でも回収しています。持ち込む前に自宅で絶縁処理をしてください。
- リチウムイオン電池が取り外せない30cm未満の小型家電も「リチウムイオン電池」の日に出します。取り外せる小型家電は、本体を「燃やさないごみ」、電池を「リチウムイオン電池」として出してください。
- 最大辺30cm以上のものは粗大ごみとして出します。
- 自動車用バッテリー・鉛蓄電池・電動アシスト自転車のバッテリーは「市では収集できないもの」で、専門業者への処理依頼が必要です。
